Scientists found out that during the most intense work the frequency of winking is 4 times less than it’s necessary for eyes. The eyes moistened insufficiently bring the feeling of dryness or “sand” inside.
Doctors recommend not forgetting to wink more often when working with computers or using “false tear” medicine.
